Thank you so much for supporting a handmade shop! Every item is crafted with care, and I want you to absolutely love your order. Please read the policy below before purchasing.
Customized & Personalized Items
Products that are customized (including names, or initials) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Because these items are made uniquely for you, I’m unable to resell them.
If there is an error on my end or your personalized item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days and I will happily make it right.
Non-Customized Items
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as:
- The item is unused
- It’s in its original condition
- It’s returned in the original or similar protective packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
I will replace or refund the item depending on the situation.
